40FT Brewery operates a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and violence.
It is 40FT Brewery’s policy to treat everyone fairly and equally, regardless of their sex, transgender status, pregnancy/maternity, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marital status, civil partnership status, age, race, colour, nationality, national origins, ethnic origins, disability or any other personal characteristic.
We will not tolerate any aggressions, microaggressions, innuendos or exclusionary jokes against one another. Sexual language and imagery is not welcome.
Through policy and procedure along with training and development of managers and staff, the organisation will do all it can to promote good practice in this area in order to eliminate all discrimination and harassment.
We will not tolerate harassment of employees, customers, or vendors.
